Sundays in Arona

Have you ever been in Lake Maggiore? Well, you should. Stunning the surrounding hills, and also the Lake d’Orta is magic. But don’t stop there too much, because, as always happen to me, you could feel overhelmed, downtrodden. I don’t know why, but I feel like oppressed on Lake Maggiore. It seems that between the earth and the lake there’s no space enough, maybe because there’s no shore, but there are directly two metres of water. But for example Lake of Garda and lakes in Trentino haven’t given me the same impression. These are some pics of 2008.

Siete mai stati sul Lago Maggiore? Beh, dovreste.

      • Oh yes, I love Italy a lot. 🙂
The food and the beautiful places.
I have been the 3 times, but still not enough.

The first time, I explored many places in the North.
The second time, I went to Rome.
The third time, which happened in summer this year, I went to the South.
You can find more about my most recent Italian trip here if you’re interested:

Next time, if I go to Italy I want to explore Naples and its surrounding cities. 🙂 Of course I have to try Napoli pizza!!

      • Wonderful, I’ve never been to Naples but they told me it’s a beautiful city. But take care about the suburbs of Naples, they could be dangerous. I will surely take a look to your trips! 🙂
